Permitted Use

You may view the Content in your browser and share direct links to our webpages on social media for non-commercial, informational purposes only.

Any other use—including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, scraping, training AI models, or commercial exploitation—is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

No Implied License

Access to this site does not grant you any ownership rights or implied license in the Content.

Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Prohibited Uses of BoomlVerse Intellectual Property

By creating, uploading, or sharing any fan-made content (“Fan Content”) based on BoomlVerse characters, stories, artwork, logos, or any other BoomlVerse intellectual property (“BoomlVerse IP”), you agree to the following prohibitions. Compliance is decided solely by The BoomlVerse team; violation may result in immediate takedown requests, cease-and-desist letters, and further legal action.

Illegal or Harmful Content – Fan Content must obey all applicable laws, respect third-party rights, and must not be obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful.

No Commercial Exploitation –
• You may not sell, license, crowdfund, rent, or otherwise monetise Fan Content.
• You may not place Fan Content behind paywalls, paid downloads, subscription tiers, e-mail sign-ups, surveys, or advertisements (except lawful ad-revenue on free-to-view videos).
• You may not accept sponsorships or endorsements that clash with BoomlVerse’s brand or reputation without prior written permission.

Free Access and No Endorsement –
• Fan Content must remain free for others to view, share, or use (with credit to you) without payment or approval.
• Do not claim or imply that your Fan Content is official, licensed, or endorsed by The BoomlVerse.
• Do not design a website, channel, or product to look like an official BoomlVerse outlet.

Naming, Logos, and Trade Dress –
• Do not use BoomlVerse names, titles, or logos as the dominant element in your project’s name or branding.
• Do not register or use domain names, social handles, or storefronts confusingly similar to ours (e.g. “boomlshop.com”, “officialboomlverse.xyz”).
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that appear in official BoomlVerse assets.

Cheats, Hacks, or Malware – Fan Content may not link to or promote hacks, cheats, or malicious software for BoomlVerse or any other product.

Reputation and Goodwill – Fan Content must not disparage or harm the reputation, goodwill, or value of The BoomlVerse brand, its owners, partners, or community.

Game or Asset Redistribution – You may not redistribute BoomlVerse game files, source art, or unmodified assets without explicit written permission.

The BoomlVerse reserves all rights in and to its IP and may revoke any implied permission to create Fan Content at any time for any reason. Serious or repeat infringers risk permanent bans and full legal enforcement, including claims for damages, costs, and injunctive relief.
